No Recovery Guarantees

Outcomes for any consumer redress effort depend on regulator cooperation, jurisdiction, evidence quality, and platform behavior. Anyone promising guaranteed asset recovery — especially after an initial loss — is a follow-up scam. Walk away.

Editorial Standards

Check the attributed source, exact entity, website, jurisdiction and date in each report. Regulatory alerts do not establish every allegation in an individual complaint. To avoid impersonators, initiate contact through stevenstorch.com. Errors? Send a correction request via our Contact page.
