What the regulator record establishes
The entry concerns EVER-SALES.COM (CLONE) and the jurisdiction identified above. Its classification describes the regulator’s alert; it does not establish that every allegation in an individual customer complaint has been proved.
Keep the clone warning separate from the legitimate firm whose identity may have been copied. A similar name, address or registration number does not establish an association. Compare the exact website and contact details with the regulator’s notice and official register.
