State Bar Will Release Results of This Year’s Judge’s Evaluations
Unlike previous years, for the first time the State Bar of North Carolina will release the results of this year’s Judicial Performance Evaluation.
It is not clear how, when, or where the results will be made available to voters in the 2010 election but you can be sure that a link to those results as well as the respective judge’s websites will be posted here. It is important that the voting public have all the relevant information before making any decision at the ballot, as well as the opportunity to address any issues revealed by the evaluation with each prospective candidate.
